Security approvals for citizens residing near PSD facilities 

For the purposes of obtaining security approvals for citizens living near (the Public Security Directorate/Amish, the Gendarmerie Forces Command/Shafa Badran, the Prime Minister’s Office, the Special Police Command/Tabarbour), they are required to provide the following

  Registration document (ownership of the land)

  Organizational scheme

  Land scheme

  A copy of the buyer's ID

  If the buyer is a married female, she is required to provide a copy of the family book, in addition to a copy of her identity and that of her husband. If she is not married, she is required to provide a copy of her identity card and a copy of the family book.

  If a person on the behalf of  the buyer is present, there must  public or private power of attorney or a written authorization from the bank (valid) and a copy of the representative’s identity

  If the security approval is for heirs and one of them is a minor, there must be a letter from the guardian and a copy of his/her identity card
