Duties

•  Implementation of the training policy of the Public Security Directorate.
• Contribute to identifying the training needs of civil defense personnel .
• Developing, preparing and implementing training plans and programs in line with the approved training plan, evaluating and developing to keep pace with developments.
•  Holding awareness seminars and workshops for the public and private sectors.
• Preparing and qualifying trainers and lecturers.
•  Exchange of experiences with local and foreign training centers.
• Holding specialized courses for civil defense cadres and civil, military and regional institutions.
• Holding professional examinations as possible for the purposes of classification and determination of grades and examinations.
•  Act as a support force for the Public Security Directorate when declaring a state of emergency through its cadres, and equipment.
