Duties
- Managing and organizing all matters related to officer affairs in the Public Security Directorate based on plans and budgets.
- Assessing and evaluating the job behavior of officers
- promoting positive job behavior, and identifying individual improvement opportunities for annual, confidential and personal performance appraisals.
- Training and qualifying officers and providing them with the necessary scientific and practical expertise in light of the individual performance gaps mentioned in the quarterly performance evaluation reports.
- Conducting occupational examinations and transferring from one category to another according to the regulations and instructions.
- Follow up on the reward system, issue special instructions, raise recommendations and placement to grant incentives, medals, badges and medals to those entitled in coordination with units directors.
- Organizing and following up all the officers’ personal affairs, including cases of medical and military committees, injuries and treatments, and the implementation of sentences issued against them related to penalties.
