The Efforts in the Promotion of Gender

Family and Juveniles Protection Department  interested in being a role model in empowering women within the career structure, by paying attention to consolidating and strengthening the concept of gender among its personnel , as it resorted to assigning the female component to administrative and leadership tasks, by expanding the role of the participation of the female component in investigation and follow-up work for cases of domestic violence and juvenile delinquency, as well as her active participation with her colleagues in managing the various training and media affairs carried out by the department.

 The Department  is also interested in refining the skills of female workers within its cadres by giving them specialized qualitative courses in areas that increase their culture and awareness, and raise the level of their performance within the work procedures entrusted to them.
