- Establishing prayers and religious rites in mosques of the PSD units and giving lectures and lessons to the personnel.
- Coordination of Friday sermons and lecture dates.
- Supervising the maintenance and furnishing of mosques of the Public Security Directorate.
- Coordination with the directors of public security units to identify negative attitudes that need religious guidance and to submit studies on this regard that include the legal solution.
- The clear and simple answer to questions and inquiries about matters of religion and the provisions of Sharia and the issuance of written fatwas to those who request them.
- Issuing religious bulletins related to worship and various religious occasions.
- Monitoring publications, religious books that are distributed in Public Security.
- Preparing religious curricula for all courses held in the Public Security.
- Organizing and coordinating religious occasions such as holidays, the Prophet's birthday, the noble Isra and Mi'raj, and the honorable Prophet's migration.
- Organizing, coordinating and preparing Hajj competitions for the personnel of the Public Security Directorate each year, and running the Hajj and Umrah missions.
- Issuing the monthly safety magazine and distributing it to all public security units.
- Giving religious lectures for non-public security personal in coordination with other departments and units such as the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Community Police Division, Police Friends courses, and covering religious programs on Amn FM radio.
- Strengthening the knowledge, communication, creativity and innovation in institutional work.
- Ensure optimal use of available human and material resources.
- Enhancing and activating cooperation with service partners.
