Historical Preface of Training and Development Institute for Rehabilitation and Correction Centers

On 31/5/2007, the development project of correction and rehabilitation centers was created to supervise the American team for developing the work of centers. The project was directly connected to , His Excellency, the assistant of public security director for Judicial Police.

On 12/1/2008, the connection of the development project to the assistant of Judicial Police was separated and reconnected to the director of Correction and Rehabilitation Centers Department.

On 17-8-2008, the Development and Training Center was innovated to be connected to the director of the department.

On 2-10-2015, the name of the  training center was changed to "The Development and Training Institute for Rehabilitation and Correction  Centers".

On 27/6/2018, the administrative level was restructured , and became a division with a vacant at the rank of " Colonel". The name was amended to become the head of  the Development and Training Institute for Rehabilitation and Correction 

On 20/12/2018, the general budget of the Institute was updated, so  the vacancy of  the head of the Institute became  ( lieutenant Colonel).
