- The applicant must a bachelor's degree with at least a good estimate and his study and regularly from Mu’tah University or from a university recognized by Mu'tah University in one of the following majors: law, or any major designated by the Graduate Studies Committee in the section.
- The applicant must have a master's degree with at least a very good estimate from Mu'tah University or a university recognized by Mu'tah University, and his studies should be regular in one of the following majors: law, or any major designated by the graduate studies committee in the section.
- The applicant must fulfill the language test condition and according to the decisions of the Jordanian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in the case that the required score is not obtained in the IELTS / ((IBT) TOEFL) or the national exam (the student is given a qualifying program in the English language consisting of (6) credit hours at Mu'tah University.
- The applicant must adhere to any conditions approved by the competent councils and committees in the Public Security Directorate and Mu’tah University.
- The minimum period spent by the student at the university in order to complete the requirements for obtaining a doctoral degree is five semesters, and the maximum period is twelve semesters -except for the summer semester- starting from the beginning date of his regular study.
Note: This program was not held for this year, provided that it will be held in the next academic years.
