The Faculty of Security Sciences was established on May 14th, 2009 under the name of the Intermediate Training Faculty at the Royal Police Academy as it began its work in the current location, then the name was changed to " Faculty of Security Sciences" according to the new organizational structure.
The Faculty of Security Sciences, through its departments and cadres, concerned with providing participants in the courses with the necessary knowledge to keep pace with developments at the security and police level.
In addition to public security officers, participants from the armed forces, civil institutions, and friendly and brotherly Arab countries participate in the courses held the Faculty of Security Sciences.
