The Objective of the Program

The future Security Leader Center aims to cultivate leadership talents and develop them to select and prepare candidates  as future leaders to contribute to achieving the duties and goals of the Public Security Directorate through a program based on constructive competition to raise the capabilities in the leadership and administrative hierarchy based on modern administrative foundations that raise the level of performance of participants in all units.

Basis of selection:

Participants are selected based on certain principles and conditions that must be met (fulfilled) by the participant.

The Requirements of the Program

• Pass the requirements through midterm and final exam.
• Submit a scientific research
• Pass shooting exam.
• Pass physical fitness exam.
• Pass the practical scenarios that simulate the participants’ job.

Duration of the Program

The program includes 9 main training axes that enable the participant to obtain, at the end of the program, an accredited training diploma within a period of 9 months.
