The establishment of a training center for the Directorate of Refugee Affairs came under a support  provided by the Czech Republic 500,000 thousand euros to support the solution of the refugee situation and the establishment of a training center in the field of asylum policy, in accordance with the memorandum of understanding signed between the Public Security Directorate and the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic on 5/6 / 2018. 

On November 22, 2021, the training center was inaugurated by the Assistant Director of Public Security for Operations and Training, Brig. Walid Qashha, in the presence of His Excellency the Czech Ambassador to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
