The Royal Department for Environment Protection has the honor to distribute this questionnaire to measure the degree of satisfaction of the recipients of the service, especially through awareness lectures and courses for friends of the environment. Therefore, a questionnaire was designed for the performance of the Department's lecturers, knowing that the data in that questionnaire will be studied and dealt with in a confidential manner.
